Carter was sectional champion and reached 100 career wins
Two Red Bud wrestlers will be in a familiar place in the next two weeks. Ty Carter qualified for the second time for the IHSA Boys Individual State Tournament to be held this weekend at the State Farm Center at the University of Illinois. Avery Smith qualified for the third time for the IHSA Girls Individual State Tournament to be held at Grossinger Motors Arena in Bloomington next weekend.
