Overnight or in the early hours of Tuesday, Jan. 23, several cars were broken into, as well as a pair of vehicles stolen, in Red Bud.
Police Chief John Brittingham stated that several vehicles on the southwest side of town (in the area around Flint, Stone and Summit Streets) had been broken into, and two vehicles stolen. Some of the vehicles had been locked.
