Barbara Lee (Kren) Geaschel, 77, of Tilden, passed away Jan. 28, 2026, in O’Fallon. The visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 2 at Quernheim Funeral Home in Waterloo. The funeral service will be held at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 3 at Quernheim Funeral Home with Pastor Stephen Duncan officiating. Burial will be at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis, Missouri.
