SCOUT OF THE YEAR–The Red Bud VFW Post recently presented a Scout of the Year Award to Zachary Walker. Pictured presenting him the award is VFW Commander Clarence Nail.
Along with the State and National VFWs, the Red Bud VFW Post 6632 has a Scout of the Year program. The Red Bud post had three applications this year, all of which were outstanding. The winner of the competition was Zachary Walker of Prairie du Rocher.
The VFW would like to thank the other two applicants, Chase Smith and Levi Koch, for the time and effort spent on their exceptional projects.
