Dalton Taylor had a case management hearing on the morning of Monday, Nov. 20 at the Randolph County Courthouse.
Dalton, 28, of Evansville, is facing felony charges of aggravated criminal sex abuse of a victim under 13, grooming and conspiring against civil rights. The charges are a result of an investigation by the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office into an alleged child abuse case and subsequent arrests in September.
At detention hearings, it was determined that Dalton Taylor and co-defendant Tammy Taylor, 45, of Evansville, were both a danger to the community and would be held without bond at the Randolph County Jail.
