NEW FIRE TRUCK–The Evansville Fire Department was very excited to pick up their new fire truck late last week. This ladder truck was purchased from the Millstadt Fire Department with the assistance of the Evansville Village Board.
On Nov. 16, the Evansville Fire Department was able to pick up their new fire truck.
The purchase of this fire truck was discussed at the Evansville Village Board’s Nov. 13 meeting. It was noted that it was a ladder truck being sold by the Millstadt Fire Department for $15,000. At that time, the Evansville Fire Department asked for and received village board assistance in purchasing the truck.
