“I enjoyed every moment,” Nancy Schilling told the Randolph County Board of Commissioners at their Oct. 14 meeting, as the board honored Schilling for her many years of service on the county’s emergency management agency (EMA).
The commissioners had approved of Schilling retiring from the Randolph County EMA at their Sept. 16 meeting.
Schilling has served on the county’s EMA since 1997. “I’ve enjoyed my time doing it and met a lot of people,” she said, thanking the county for allowing her to serve.
