Robert “Bob” Allen Asbury, 86, of Steeleville, went home to be with Jesus at 5:20 a.m. on Wednesday, March 19, 2025 peacefully at his home. The visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. on Friday, March 21 at Pechacek Funeral Homes in Chester and from 8:30-10:30 a.m. on Saturday, March 22 at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church in Steeleville. The funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, March 22 at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church with Rev. Mark Harris officiating. Burial will be at the church cemetery.
