SITE PLAN–Pictured is one of the presented site plans for Lincoln Park Place, a new senior living community to be built off of West Market Street.
A pair of hearings concerning a senior independent living residential community were held by the Red Bud Planning Commission last week.
According to the commission’s agenda, John Cronin had applied for a special use permit and a variance for the facility that would be located at 720 West Market Street.
Cronin is a partner at and developer for North Arrow Architecture, which is based out of Villa Park in DuPage County (northern Illinois).
The special use permit application notes that the facility will be “a 42 unit senior independent living residential community to be developed within the R-4 (multiple family) zoning district.”
