The Red Bud Chamber of Commerce’s Business of the Month for December is Off the Square Coffee Company. Tanya Wild opened the coffee shop in downtown Red Bud at 122 East Market Street five years ago this month and has been keeping the local area caffeinated ever since. Off the Square offers more than just coffee though, also serving up a wide variety of specialty drinks, smoothies, breakfast foods and other tasty treats. Off the Square is open Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to noon, Saturday from 7 a.m. to noon, and closed on Sunday.
