The Randolph County Sheriff’s Office reported the following accidents:
On Oct. 28, at 8:21 a.m., Marvellers Rubin, 60, of Osceola, AR, was driving a 2016 Peterbilt semi truck and trailer on South Prairie Road.
Rubin told police that he was negotiating a curve bearing left on wet pavement, approximately 100 feet west of the Horse Creek Bridge, when the trailer slipped off the pavement onto the shoulder. It then went into the ditch, shifting the load, causing the trailer to overturn and pulling the truck tractor onto its side. The vehicle came to rest at the guard rail on the right (south) shoulder of the Horse Creek Bridge.
