Norbert L. Mudd, 74, of Waterloo, passed away Sept. 6, 2023, in Waterloo. The visitation is from 4-8 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 8 and from 9 a.m. until the time of service on Saturday, Sept. 9 at Quernheim Funeral Home in Waterloo. The funeral service will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 9 at Quernheim Funeral Home with Father Linus Umoren C.M. officiating. Burial will be at SS Peter & Paul Cemetery in Waterloo.
