The third floor lounge of the Randolph County Courthouse now has an area dedicated for young people thanks to the Randolph County Circuit Clerk’s Office. “We know it can be challenging to keep young ones entertained while waiting for court proceedings to take place. By providing a space fit just for kids and offering books and activities, we hope this area will be helpful to parents and guardians,” said Circuit Clerk Julie Jany-Carnahan.
