The Randolph County startUP Program is an entrepreneurial program for high school juniors and seniors in Randolph County. The program is a year-long program that teaches the students all about starting and owning their own business as well as showing them what businesses and industries there are here in Randolph County.

While in the program, the students have the opportunity to run two businesses together as a class and also to start and run their own personal business. During the year, the class also has the opportunity to tour over 30 local businesses in Randolph County. This allows them to see what this county has to offer and also allows them to talk to local business owners.
