Harrison George Tuttle, 19, of Waterloo, passed away Nov. 24, 2023, in St. Louis, Missouri. The memorial visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 29 and from 9 a.m. until time of service on Thursday, Nov. 30 at Quernheim Funeral Home in Waterloo. The memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 30 at Quernheim Funeral Home with Pastor R. J. Morgan officiating.
