Another case management hearing was held on Friday, Sept. 27 for Jayden Ethington.
At his last hearing in August, Ethington had not been in attendance as he was receiving medical treatment out of state.
Also at that time, Ethington’s attorney, Justin Kuehn, told Judge Jeremy Walker that he was asking for a medical assessment and mental fitness evaluation to determine if he was fit to stand trial.
So at last Friday’s hearing, Walker noted that the court had received the assessment report and found that Ethington was deemed fit to stand trial.
