David H. Graper, Jr., 77, of Red Bud, died Nov. 16, 2021 in Red Bud. Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until the time of service on Saturday, Nov. 20 at Quernheim Funeral Home in Waterloo. The funeral service will be at 2 p.m. with Pastor Tony Troup officiating. Interment will be at the Red Bud City Cemetery.
