The City of Red Bud is pleased to announce the appointment of Elizabeth “Liz” Cowell as the city’s representative on the Monroe Randolph Transit District (MRTD) Board of Directors.
Cowell joins nine other dedicated board members from Monroe and Randolph Counties who work together to oversee the operations of the district.
