Wagner upset by OSHA “overreach” at business

On Friday, Jan. 7, Monroe County Health Department Administrator John Wagner reported that he had been notified that “a mom and pop employer” in Monroe County had received a violation letter from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).

“Only in Illinois can this happen,” Wagner said when sharing a redacted copy of the violation letter with local media.
