Virginia (Tootsie) Lee Liefer, 77, of Belleville, passed away at 1:15 a.m., Wednesday, Jan. 17, 2024 in Belleville. Virginia’s wishes were to be cremated and a private memorial will be held at a later date. Metroeast Mortuary of Belleville is in charge of the arrangements.
