UNDER CONSTRUCTION–Work is currently underway for the new finished goods building at TMW Plant 1.
The Material Works, Ltd. (TMW) is building a new finished goods building at TMW Plant 1, located outside of Baldwin by the Kaskaskia River.
In order to support an increased volume of business, TMW has begun construction on a new finished goods building at TMW Plant 1. This 18,000 square foot building, constructed on the south side of plant 1, will double the size of their ancillary finished goods space bringing TMW’s total square footage to 362,100 square foot (8.3 acres).
