School administrators give board reports on improvement days

Administrators shared with the Red Bud Board of Education reports on how their respective school building staff have been utilizing institute days and student early out days.

Superintendent Jonathan Tallman told the board that he had asked the administrators to share a report so that they could see how these days benefit the schools and students.

Elementary Principal Ryan McClellan started off the reports, stating that on Oct. 6, he and Assistant Principal Jana Zipfel met with the grade level and department teams to look at student benchmarks. They asked the staff what they need to be successful and how they can help.
