The 99th annual Department of Illinois VFW Auxiliary convention was held on Friday, June 9 and Saturday, June 10, in Springfield.
At the convention, Kathryn Rowold of Red Bud received the high honor of being named the 2022-2023 VFW Auxiliary Department of Illinois District President of the Year.
