It’s that time of year again when the Fort de Chartres Rendezvous, a popular annual southern Illinois tradition, will take place June 6-7 at the Fort de Chartres State Historic Site.
The Rendezvous is free and open to the public.
Opening ceremonies and posting of colors will take place both days at 10 a.m. The retreat ceremony will take place at 5 p.m. on Saturday and 3 p.m. on Sunday.
