The Musketeer wrestling team will compete this weekend at the boys’ regional in Carlyle. The last few weeks of the season have seen several wrestlers have outstanding performances.
Ty Carter and Alex Wolter each placed first at the Carmi/White County Varsity Tournament and the Goreville/Vienna Blackcat Brawl. Carter’s record for the year stands at 38-3. Wolter’s record is 32-11.
“Ty and Alex are definitely peaking at the right time of year,” said coach Rob Pipher.
