Aside from some technical difficulties, the biggest part of Monday night’s Red Bud City Council meeting was to approve some requests from St. Peter United Church of Christ.
Normally, the council livestreams both the council and committee meetings. However, over the past few meetings it was noted that there was video, but no sound. It was thought that the issue was fixed prior to the June 5 meeting, however a very disruptive, and delayed, echo forced the council to have to cut the livestream that night.
As for the UCC’s requests, Zoning Administrator/City Engineer Jeff Mueller reported that the planning commission had two hearings on May 16.
