Ralph J. Wolter, 91, of Ruma, passed away at 11:58 p.m. on Wednesday, April 21, 2021 at Red Bud Regional Care Center. A graveside service will be held at St. John’s Lutheran Cemetery in Ruma with Pastor Paul Kurrelmeyer officiating. Graveside funeral arrangements were entrusted to Leesman Funeral Home in Red Bud.
