A pair of proclamations, one giving support to the school, were approved at Monday night’s Evansville Village Board meeting.
With Sparta Community Unit School District 140 holding hearings about the possible closure of Evansville Attendance Center (EAC), the village board passed a proclamation to declare their support of keeping the school open.
