On April 29, TMW dedicated the park area west of TMW Plant 2 as Tim Voss Park. Pictured are Ed Etherton and Alan Mueth presenting U.S. Patent No. 12,121,948 B2 plaque to Debbie Voss, Tim’s wife, surrounded by the Voss family, including five Voss TMW teammates. Tim Voss received his US patent posthumously on Oct. 22, 2024, over six months after his passing on April 6, 2024. At the dedication, Mueth gave a very inspirational speech about Voss, recognizing that he served as TMW’s “test pilot” for new steel-processing equipment and was a mentor to so many TMW teammates. More than just a teammate, Voss was a friend who passionately served God for his church and family. The Voss family and friends celebrated Tim’s life at Savannah Kate’s after the event.
