Melvin E. Parker, 77, of Hecker, passed away Aug. 5, 2024, in Hecker. The visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 9 at Quernheim Funeral Home in Waterloo and from 8:30 a.m. until time of Mass on Saturday, Aug. 10 at St. Augustine of Canterbury Catholic Church in Hecker. The funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 10 at St. Augustine of Canterbury Catholic Church with Father Linus Umoren C.M. officiating.
