Joyce A. Neutzling, 81, of Red Bud, passed away at 4:43 p.m. on Sunday, June 18, 2023 at Red Bud Regional Hospital in Red Bud. A private memorial service will be held for Joyce, and a celebration of life will be held at a later date. Pechacek Funeral Homes in Red Bud is in charge of arrangements.
