Jeffrey S. Powell, 62, of Freeburg, passed away at 4:44 p.m. Monday, April 7, 2025, at Saint Louis University Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri. It was Jeff’s wishes to be cremated. A private service will be held at Christ Our Savior Lutheran Church in Freeburg. Pechacek Funeral Homes in Red Bud is in charge of arrangements.
