James “Jim” Vernon Carroll, 72, of Red Bud, passed away at 7:53 p.m. on Tuesday, March 28, 2023 at his residence surrounded by his family. The memorial visitation will be held from 9 – 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 15, with a memorial service beginning at 11 a.m. at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Ruma.
