It’s that time of year again – where the lamp posts in Red Bud become rather festive through the Red Bud Chamber of Commerce’s annual lamp post decorating contest.
Any resident or business is welcome to decorate a lamp post within the city, just note that lamp posts are available on a first reserved basis. Please keep in mind that a business owner may want to decorate a lamp post in front of or near their business.
Lamp post decorations should be put up between Sept. 30 and Oct. 13. Any post decorated after Oct. 13 will not be included in judging.
