Psychiatric Medical Care (PMC), a leading behavioral healthcare management company, is proud to present the inaugural Kind and Accountable Award to Maribeth Hollinshead, the program director at Red Bud Regional Hospital’s Senior Solutions program.
This new award was created by PMC to shine a light on team members who embody the company’s core values – kindness and accountability. Hollinshead joined Red Bud Regional Hospital’s Senior Solutions program in March 2022. The program is managed by PMC but operated within Red Bud Regional Hospital.
“We wanted to create this award to honor one team member a year who has been recognized by their colleagues as someone whom they can rely on to not only be exceptional in their clinical role but to do so with accountability and kindness,” said Stephanie Weatherly, chief clinical officer at PMC.
