Helen R. (Jackson) Tevebaugh, 88, of Fults, passed away July 24, 2022, in St. Louis, Missouri. The visitation is from 4-8 p.m. on Tuesday, July 26 and from 8 a.m. until the time of service on Wednesday, July 27 at Quernheim Funeral Home in Waterloo. The funeral service will be held at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, July 27 at Quernheim Funeral Home with Brad Stirnaman officiating. Burial will be at Lakeview Cemetery in Fairview Heights.
