FIRST PLACE ENTRY–After being postponed a week, the weather last Saturday was perfect for the annual Halloween Lighted Golf Cart/UTV Parade in Evansville. There was a good turn out this year, with many decorated entries, but taking first place was the Ghostbusters themed entry by the Russell Family.
