Gerald “Jerry” Xavier Melliere, 85, of Prairie du Rocher, passed away at 1:10 a.m. on Monday, April 14, 2025 at Memorial Hospital in Belleville. The visitation will be from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. on Friday, April 18 at Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Renault. The funeral service will be held at 12 p.m. on Friday, April 18 at Holy Cross Lutheran Church with Rev. Royal Boeder officiating. Burial will be at the church cemetery. Pechacek Funeral Homes in Red Bud is in charge of arrangements.
