G. Vance Waters, 70, of Red Bud, passed away at 9:12 a.m. on Saturday, May 20, 2023 at Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis, Missouri. It was Vance’s wishes to be cremated. Pechacek Funeral Homes in Red Bud is in charge of arrangements.
