Elaine V. Shannon, 95, of Red Bud, passed away at 7:50 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 27, 2025 at Oak Hill in Waterloo. It was Elaine’s wishes to be cremated. She will be joining her loving husband, the late Burton H. Shannon, at Jefferson Barracks Nationals Cemetery in St. Louis, MO at a later date. Pechacek Funeral Homes in Red Bud is in charge of arrangements.
