A United States Army Corps of Engineers delegation recently visited the Jerry F. Costello Lock and Dam.
Deputy Commanding General Major General William Graham and Commander Mississippi Valley – Memphis District Colonel Brian D. Sawser, and others including individuals from the Inland Waterway Users Board, the Waterway Council, Inc., Chair of the River Industry Action Committee and Corps staff from the St. Louis District, were at the Jerry F. Costello Lock and Dam.
