David R. Whelan, 63, of Waterloo, died May 26, 2022, in St. Louis, Missouri. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 31 from 4-8 p.m. and 8 a.m. until time of service Wednesday, June 1 at Quernheim Funeral Home Waterloo. The funeral service will be at 10 a.m. on June 1 at Quernheim Funeral Home with Rev. Jeff McCarn officiating. Interment will be at Kolmer Memorial Cemetery in Waterloo.
