Nicholas and Mallory Liefer of Waterloo are proud to announce the birth of their daughter, Cora Lynn Liefer. Cora was born July 24, 2023 at St. John’s Mercy South Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri. She weighed 7 lbs. 4 oz. and was 19.75 inches long. Cora was welcomed by two excited brothers, Crue Nicholas Liefer, 7 years old; and Kase Michael Liefer, 4 years old.
The maternal grandparents are Kathy Zanders and Randy Guebert of Red Bud and the late Robert Sommer. Paternal grandparents are Mike and Angie Liefer of Red Bud. Maternal great-grandparents are Michael and Mary Jo Junker of Ruma and the late Martin and Erna Sommer. Paternal great-grandparents are Paul and Helen Liefer of Ruma and the late Leslie and Alice Hemmer.
