On Oct. 4, ComWell held a ribbon cutting in Sparta for their new Community Integrated Living Arrangement (CILA) on North James Street.
The recently constructed home is the second of its kind operated by ComWell. There have been other CILA homes throughout the years, previously operated by the Human Service Center, including one in Evansville.
A CILA is a living arrangement where a group of people with disabilities will cohabitate under the care of a developmental services agency.
For more on the CILA, please see this week’s print edition.
