UTV usage in the county and the continuing search for a county health department director were discussed in the brief Randolph County Board of Commissioners meeting on April 1.
During public comments at the meeting, Ellis Grove resident Rick Hall told the commissioners that there is an issue with all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) and utility terrain vehicles (UTVs) in the county. “It’s a danger to youngsters,” he said.
