The City of Chester has announced Popeye’s Fall Festival 2022, a fun-filled weekend of events planned for Oct. 14-16. The weekend offers a variety of events, activities and competitions that are sure to be of interest to all.
American Banner Amusements will be returning with their wonderful carnival rides. Advance tickets are available at Chester City Hall from Oct. 3 until noon on Oct. 14. Wristbands will also be an option again this year. The wristbands will be available Friday, Oct. 14, 5-10 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 15, 12-5 p.m., and 5-10 p.m., and Sunday, Oct. 16, 2-7 p.m. Wristbands must be purchased at the ticket booth the day of use. Hours of operation for the rides are Friday, 5 p.m.-?, Saturday, 12 p.m.-?, and Sunday, 2-7 p.m.
