Charles Frederick “Chuck” Berry, 73, of Marissa, passed away on Sunday, Sept. 20, 2026 at home. The visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 24 and from 10-11 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 1 at Heil-Schuessler & Sinn Funeral Home in Sparta. The celebration of life will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 1 at Heil-Schuessler & Sinn Funeral Home. Burial will take place at Maple Hill Cemetery immediately following the celebration of life. Graveside military honors will be conducted by the United States Marine Corps Funeral Honor Detail.
