Charles C. Juelfs, 86, of Columbia, passed away Dec. 3, 2023, in St. Louis, Missouri. The visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 7 at Quernheim Funeral Home in Waterloo and from 9 a.m. until the time of service on Friday, Dec. 8 at Zion United Church of Christ in St. Joe. The funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 8 at Zion UCC with Pastor Patrick Poole officiating. Burial will be at the church cemetery.
