The Red Bud Chamber of Commerce will again host their annual lamp post decorating contest this fall.
Any individual, business or organization is invited to participate in the event and decorate one of the city’s lamp posts.
Lamp posts are first come, first served and must be reserved prior to decorating by calling or texting Chamber President Tami Pautler at 618-340-2785. (Please take into consideration when selecting a lamp post that some businesses may want to decorate a post in front of or near their business.)
Lamp posts may be decorated between Oct. 1 and Oct. 6. Any lamp post decorated after 6 p.m. on Oct. 6 will not be considered for judging in the contest.
