The Red Bud Chamber of Commerce recently presented a membership placard to SL.AM Catering owner Trevor Stellhorn. Stellhorn noted that after many years in the restaurant business, in 2019 he opened a catering business specializing in barbecue. SL.AM is named after his children, Sadie Louise and Austin McClain. SL.AM caters events of all sizes, from weddings to company parties to graduation parties. He also has “pop-ups” where meals will be available for pick up. In addition, Stellhorn also works with Eximius Productions developing barbecue festivals at NFL stadiums, working directly with top pit-masters from around the United States in developing the festival menus and sourcing ingredients.
